As a Certified Highlands Ability Battery (HAB) Consultant, I administer a very thorough 3-hour online careers aptitude test that measures your natural strengths (aptitudes) via a number of tasks (not self-evaluation) and based on these results, it gives you a number of comprehensive reports, which also include a tangible list of relevant 30-50 careers to start researching and exploring your newly discovered strengths and careers.

In its Group Debrief afterwards, we take into account the factors of The Highlands Whole Person Model, to help you filter and prioritise the next career possibilities for you.
